We are a studio that combines regenerative urbanism with service design. In 25 years, we have learned that a quality place is not created on paper - it is created among people.

From brownfield
to a living place
We design spaces where people live – not just pass through. Where relationships arise: to the place, to the neighbors, to ourselves. For example, Jezero was a mined pond. Today, families spend weekends there and companies deal with strategies by the lake instead of in the meeting room.
We are working on the transformation of abandoned places in Central Bohemia in cooperation with MASK (local action groups). We bring life back to neglected areas – factories, railway stations, squares. Instead of demolition, we are looking for a story that will make the place the center of the village.
Inspired by our projects, we create an environment where relationships, neighborhoods and active community life are created. We apply hospitality design to contemporary urbanism. We do not forget about technological progress, we help set up community systems and coordinate their operation.
We start with people, we end with the economy.
We believe that a quality environment is created when it respects people, place and future generations. But we also know that a beautiful concept without a functioning economy will end up as an empty brownfield.
Aeternum.life combines regenerative design, a community approach and an operational strategy that makes sense for developers, cities and the people who will live there.
In 25 years in our services, we have implemented hundreds of projects – from commercial events to large therapeutic conferences for thousands of people, through the design of gastro markets, to an extraordinary superfood bistro in Karlín. And in recent years, for example, the glamping resort Jezero.ooo. Now we are bringing the same know-how to urbanism.

Aeternum.life is a studio that combines design thinking, data and a community approach. But above all, we are people who can not only design, but also operate places with long-term value.
Vladimir, the founder of the studio, has 25 years of experience in event & project management – from organizing international events (TEDxPragueCountdown, Biohacking Summit, Future Food Prague and others), setting franchise rules for operations, running restaurants, clubs and bistros.
Our team includes designers, architects, landscapers, production, operations, experts in law, finance and planning.
We create places that have a clear identity, a healthy economy and a vibrant dynamism. We work openly and with respect for the place and the people who will use it.
