How we work
We create strategies, concepts and programs that help projects grow. But first, we start them ourselves – we design a system of services, facilitate the community, launch operations. Only when we see that it works, we pass it on to the locals.
We combine urbanism, community design and operating models into solutions that work in practice – not just on paper.
Our position is unique: we are a bridge between architects, developers and future operators. We deliver comprehensive solutions from strategy through technology and operating schemes to finance, communication and HR. We ensure that the result will continue to work in five years – economically, socially and environmentally.
We are inspired by: Jan Gehl (Copenhagen), Schumacher College (UK), Manifesto Market (Prague/Berlin/Dublin).
We cooperate with: MASK of the Central Bohemian Region, Allianz, CSOB, Prague City Hall, Country Life.
We have been doing hospitality for 25 years. Now we are bringing it to the cities.
Hospitality is not just about accommodation and food. It’s caring for the whole community – creating an environment where people feel welcome, safe and want to come back.
We organized dozens of events. They have launched a number of hospitality assets for clients, from bakeries, through cafes and restaurants, catering companies and sophisticated solutions for year-round promo tours of companies. We have implemented a bistro, a glamping resort, and we import superfoods to CZ/SK. They’re all living labs – we’re testing what works, what people need, how to create a place with a soul.
Now we are applying the same know-how to urbanism. We help cities and developers create places that support quality of life – not on paper, but in practice.

Aeternum.life is not a classic hierarchical company. We are a self-managed organization – we work in a system of circles, where each member shares his professional experience and is responsible for quality planning, implementation and putting his part into practice.
Together, we deliver a complete solution: from design through technology and operating schemes to facilitation, participation, legal security, finance, fundraising, communication and personnel solutions.
We’re not just consultants who leave after PowerPoint. We are operators who stay until the place starts working on its own. And we have the capacity to cover all phases – from vision to day-to-day operations.
